After 60 days of our home being for sale by owner and the rapidly approaching close date of our new home being built within 60 days, it was time to list with a realtor. Fortunately, during the time our home was for sale by owner we had many opportunities to evaluate realtors previewing our home. We received many letters and calls from realtors and listened to many presentations as to why we should list with them. Cheryl was one of the many realtors we spoke with during this time.
